Where is the best place to store lemons? 

If you want your lemons to last as long as possible, store them in the drawer of your fridge; Better yet, the bag is sealed and the drawer is crisper. There they will stay for three weeks to one month. Peeled lemons should be stored in the fridge and will last longer if stored in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag.

Can you freeze lemons?

For the freshest, longest-lasting fruit,  pick lemons that are bright yellow and firm to the touch. Pay attention to the lemons displayed on the refrigerator shelf. They will last longer in your kitchen than the room warmers in the grocery store.
