What is the best temperature for roasting carrots?
The best way to cook vegetables is to cook them on high heat. When you cook the vegetables at a high temperature, the natural sugars caramelize until they are yellow and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. For this recipe, we recommend roasting the carrots at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes until tender.
What type of pan should I cook with?
For best results, use a large rimmed baking sheet for baking. When roasting carrots, they should be arranged in a single layer with a small space around each one. This allows air to circulate around them so they brown properly. Overcrowding the carrots will cause them to steam rather than roasting.
