Foods Based on Your Blood Type: What You Should Eat And Avoid

For instance, individuals with blood type O are advised to consume red meat in moderation, while those with type A blood are advised to avoid it altogether.

Based on your blood group, these are the foods you should eat and stay away from: A, B, O, and AB.

1. Blood group: O

3. Blood Type: B

Eat: Bran oats, eggs, paneer, quinoa, green veggies, low-fat dairy, oats, milk products, animal protein, and eggs.

Steer clear of:
corn, buckwheat, peanuts, sesame seeds, tomatoes, wheat, poultry, fish, and eggs.

4. Blood Type: AB

Eat: Broccoli, cauliflower, beets, cucumber, plums, berries, shellfish, yoghurt, egg, walnuts, millets, oats, rye, spelt, sprouted wheat, and combination foods like brown rice (pulav), dalia, khichdi, and rice plus daal.

Steer clear of: alcohol, caffeine, whole milk, corn, buckwheat, coconut, bananas, mangoes, and dark tea.

This blood type does not respond well to starvation or long intervals between meals.
