Classic Guacamole Recipe from Mexico
Authentic Mexican flavors are promised in this guacamole recipe, which calls for just six basic ingredients to prepare.

Serves: 1 cup
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon coarsely minced white onion
- One tablespoon of freshly chopped cilantro (plus two tsps)
- One tsp of jalapeño
- ½tspCoarse salt
- 1ripeHass avocado
- three tablespoons of tomato
Instructions:
- Mash the onion, jalapeño, 1 tablespoon cilantro, and salt in a big mortar and pestle until the mixture is smooth and juicy. Add the avocado and mash it just a little bit—it should still be rather chunky.
- Add the tomato and the last two tsp of cilantro and stir. If desired, add salt to season. Apply right away.
