Chicken vegetable stir fry with spaghetti is a delicious dish made with parboiling and fried pasta with vegetables and pepper. You can eat it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It can be prepared in 25 minutes, making it a good emergency food option. It can be made with stir fried chicken. Stir fry spaghetti is a good source of carbohydrates and vitamins because it contains pasta and vegetables. Carrots, garlic and ginger are not only for flavor, but also for nutrients It is advisable to cook in a well-ventilated kitchen as it involves frying things that contain water and oil. It is not difficult to cook. Just follow these simple steps.

Ingredients:

One pack spaghetti.

Skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced.

Mixed vegetables (bell peppers(different colours ), peas,carrots, sweetcorn etc.) .

3 cloves garlic, minced .

2 tbsp soy sauce(optional).

1 tbsp oyster sauce(optional).
-
1 tbsp sesame oil(optional).
-
2 tbsp vegetable oil .
-
Salt and pepper to taste.

Green onions, chopped for garnish (optional).

Seasoning cubes

Instructions:

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

Preferably with your chicken stock
Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until fully cooked.

Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed. Sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until they are crisp-tender.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with vegetables.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.

Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, tossing to coat evenly.(if using).

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

Adjust seasoning if necessary. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
