Most of us know that drinking water every day is important to maintain health and well-being. You can enjoy it frozen, hot, adding fruit and many other ways to quench your thirst. However, did you know that the time you choose to drink water can affect its effect on the body? Come find out the  best times to drink water so you can exceed your goals.

The best time of day to drink water is to maintain good hydration 

  • When you think you are hungry

Many people do not realize that they are thirsty when they are hungry. The brain recognizes these stimuli as the same thing. So, before you go to the restaurant, drink water first. Then give it a few minutes to see if you are hungry enough to eat.

  • When you wake up

 Morning is one of the best times to hydrate. Your body has gone too far. For an easy start, add half a lemon to your first glass of water in the morning for a burst of antioxidant phytonutrients, vitamin C and potassium.

  • Every time you sweat
