How to make banana bread


This recipe makes one loaf of banana bread. The first step is to turn on your oven and prepare a pan with a little cooking water or grease and butter.

  • Next, grab a bowl as shown below and mix your dry ingredients. This will include flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

Ingredients

  •   1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
  • 3 large ripe bananas
  •  2 large eggs
  •  1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  •  2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar 
  •    1 teaspoon  of soda water
  •   1/2 teaspoon of salt
  •   1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf of bread with         non-stick cooking water or grease and butter and remove.

  2.  Place the stick of butter in a bowl and microwave for 1                   minute or until melted.


   3.    Place the banana in the same bowl and mash it with a fork.

   4.  Add the vanilla extract to the eggs in a bowl and use the                 same fork to beat and stir until there are no yolk spots.


    5.  In a second bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt           and cinnamon.

    6.  Add the dry ingredients to the mixing liquid with a spatula             until well mixed.


    7.  Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45              to 55 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center                   the loaf comes out clean.
